Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail with the following services to choose from:

  • Tracked 48 (2-3 days delivery): Free
  • Tracked 24 (1-day delivery): £2.00

UK shipping rates apply to:

England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey

International delivery

All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail using a tracked service with a delivery aim between 3 – 5 working days for Europe and 5 – 7 working days for the rest of the world. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and the price will depend on the country of destination.

Please note that I’m not responsible for any customs duty & taxes or other additional import charges.

Eye pillows – Beeswax tealight refills & super thin candles

  • Royal Mail, tracked: £11.40 – £18.25

  • Royal Mail, tracked: £8.45 – £9.45

Processing time

I keep a very small stock of my items available to ship within 1 – 2 days of receiving your order.

Stock of these is kept low to not overstock and is replenished & updated as needed. If any of the items you like is out of stock please get in touch and I’ll let you know when they’ll be available again.

Returns

All my items are made and packaged with great care and I hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@monoandlena.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return and I will advise on how to proceed. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items will be refunded provided that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non-refundable and I’m not held responsible for returns that do not reach me. Once I have received and checked your return, your refund will be processed.

Please send the parcel via a tracked service and keep the receipt for proof of postage.

Cancellations

If you change your mind regarding your order the following applies:

I can only accept cancellations before your order has been dispatched, usually within 1 day of receiving your order.

In the event of cancellations, please email hello@monoandlena.co.uk as soon as possible keeping in mind the shipping and processing times described above in this section.

I may cancel an order at any time before delivery.
